If one thing is for sure, it’s that Samia knows how to command a room. Whether it’s by leaving everyone in a trance with her hauntingly gorgeous vocals or making concertgoers unable to look away from her unabashedly flamboyant dancing, she knows how to perform.
Samia and her band took the stage at a packed Music Box in San Diego on the night of September 17th. Even before she stepped in front of the audience, she had people applauding at her pre-set announcement in which she shared her support for reproductive rights and encouraged everyone to join her.
Something about Samia is that she moves like no one is watching, but they are, and with their full attention, at that. She performed multiple of her lyrically heavy-hitting songs such as ‘Big Wheel,’ ‘Kill Her Freak Out,’ and the recently-viral ‘Pool.’
